Venues and pitches
Every team on the right pitch
See who trains on which pitch each night, split full pitches into halves for juniors and catch double bookings before anyone turns up. Close a pitch for wet weather and tell the teams it affects.
Included on every plan

Pitch allocation shouldn't live in a spreadsheet
- Before:
“A spreadsheet only the coordinator can read.”With Sportdify: A pitch plan for each day that every coach can open. - Before:
“Two teams turn up for the same pitch.”With Sportdify: Clashes are flagged the moment a session is saved. - Before:
“Ringing round when the ground is waterlogged.”With Sportdify: Close the pitch and tell the teams it affects at once.
How it works
Three steps
Set up your ground
Add each pitch with its size and split full pitches into halves or quarters. Set opening hours and when the lights are on.
Put sessions on pitches
Pick a pitch and length for each training. Sportdify suggests free pitches that suit the team's age group.
Keep the plan right
Clashes, sessions outside hours and closures are flagged on the plan and in the game form.

What you get
Pitch plan
A day view on the app and a week grid on the web, with a row for every pitch and section.
Halves and quarters
Split a full pitch for small-sided sessions. A booking on the whole pitch blocks its sections.
Clash warnings
Overlapping sessions and tournament fixtures are flagged before you save. Shared pitches can still be saved.
Suggest a pitch
Free pitches at that time, closest to the team's age-group size first, one tap to pick.
Hours and closures
Opening hours with lights, and closures for weather, works or events. Notify the teams affected by push.
Pitch use
Hours booked against hours open for each pitch, busy hours, free evening slots and teams still without a pitch.
On every plan
Community and Pro clubs both get it. The usual platform fee applies to card payments.
Questions
Will it stop two teams booking the same pitch?
It warns but doesn't block. Clubs often share a pitch on purpose, so you see the clash and decide.
Can we split a full pitch for juniors?
Yes, into two halves or four quarters. Each section is one size down and can be booked on its own.
How does it pick a pitch for a team?
For football and futsal it reads the age group from the team name, such as Under 9s, and suggests free pitches closest to that size.
What happens when we close a pitch?
Sessions on it show as clashing, and you can send a push to the teams and players affected.
Can coaches see the plan?
Anyone in the club can see the pitch plan. Club admins and those who manage games can change pitches, hours and closures.
Do I need Pro?
No. Venues and pitches are on every plan.
