How it works
Three steps
Set up tiers
Free, one-off or recurring every so many weeks, months or years. Show each tier on your join page or keep it hidden.
Members ask to join
They pick a tier, add one or more profiles and answer your questions. Parents can add all their kids at once.
Approve and get paid
Approve the request and the invoice follows. Members pay by card, or pay the club directly and you mark it paid.

Recurring billing
Recurring tiers raise a new invoice each period. Card subscriptions renew on their own.

On every plan
Tiers, recurring billing and invoices come with Community and Pro. Card payments have a 2.5% fee on Community and 1% on Pro, plus Stripe's fee. Community covers up to 2 teams and 75 active members. Pro includes 50 active members, then a fee per extra member that you can add to members' invoices.
Questions
Does recurring billing need Pro?
No. Recurring tiers work on every plan.
How do members pay?
By card through your club's own Stripe account, or straight to the club by cash or bank transfer. If you collect it yourself there's no platform fee, and you mark invoices paid.
Can parents sign up their children?
Yes. One account can send a join request for several profiles at once.
Can we export payments?
Yes. Download a CSV of transactions with the gross amount, Stripe fee, Sportdify fee and net.
When do we need Pro?
When your club passes 2 teams or 75 active members, or wants the lower card fee.
