Run your whole cup in one place
Set up categories by age and level, take entries and payments, run waiting lists and let parents register players. Sportdify schedules every match on the right pitch, then shows live results all the way to the Cup and Plate finals.
Included on every plan

Cup weekend shouldn't start with a spreadsheet
- Before:
“Entries in a spreadsheet, fees by bank transfer.”With Sportdify: Clubs enter online and pay by card, and full categories fill a waiting list. - Before:
“Fixtures built in Excel the night before.”With Sportdify: Every match scheduled on the right pitch, with rest between games. - Before:
“Results posted on Facebook hours later.”With Sportdify: Live scores, tables and brackets parents can follow on their phone.
How it works
Three steps
Set up categories
U8 to U16, girls, Division 1: each with its own fee, places, format and pitch size.
Take entries
Clubs and independent teams enter and pay. Parents add their players through a team link.
Schedule and run game day
Make the draw, schedule across your pitches and enter scores as matches finish.

What you get
Categories and waiting lists
Fees and places per category. When it's full, teams join a waiting list and get offered the next place.
Cup and Plate finals
Group winners go to the Cup, the rest to the Plate. Or Gold and Silver, named your way.
Players registered by parents
Share a team link and parents add their child. Birth years are checked against the category.
Smart scheduling
Matches go on the right size pitch, with rest times between a team's games.
Live for parents
Scores, tables and brackets update as results are entered. No app needed to follow.
Forfeits and changes
Record a forfeit, move a fixture and every team involved is notified.
On every plan
Community and Pro clubs both get it. The usual platform fee applies to card payments.
Questions
What does it cost?
Tournaments are on every plan. The usual platform fee applies to entry fees paid by card, the same as membership fees. There's no extra tournament fee.
Can teams without a club enter?
Yes. Independent teams enter through the tournament's registration form, without joining Sportdify as a club.
How many teams or categories can we run?
As many as your cup needs. Set the places per category, or leave it open with no limit.
How do Cup and Plate finals work?
After the group stage, teams go into the knockout brackets by group position: say first and second to the Cup, third and fourth to the Plate. You choose the brackets and their names.
What do parents need?
To add a player, the team link from their coach and a free Sportdify account, so their child is linked to them. Following scores, tables and brackets needs nothing: the tournament page works in any browser.
