Belts, waivers and bouts in one app

Record every grading and each student's belt, have a waiver accepted before anyone steps on the mat, and score bouts round by round.

Included on every plan

A term grading with six students promoted from one belt to the next
A taekwondo bout scored by round with gam-jeom, won 5–4 on points

Your dojo shouldn't run on a binder

  • Before: “Belt records in an exercise book.” With Sportdify: Every grading and promotion saved against the student.
  • Before: “Paper waivers in a shoebox.” With Sportdify: Accepted in the app, by a parent for each child.
  • Before: “Scoring sparring on your fingers.” With Sportdify: Points and penalties per round, with the result.

How it works

Three steps

  1. Set your waiver

Write it once. Everyone joining accepts it, and a parent accepts it for each child.

  2. Hold a grading

Record the grading day and promote each student to their new belt.

  3. Score the bouts

Record points and penalties each round, then the winner and how they won.

What you get

  • Belts and gradings

Each art's belt order, every grading day, and each student's rank history.

  • Signed waivers

Required on joining, versioned when you change the wording, accepted by parents for children.

  • Bout scoring

Points and penalties by round. A gam-jeom scores for the opponent; a third shido ends a judo bout.

  • Weight and belt divisions

Tournament divisions by weight range, belt range, age and gender.

  • Individual entries

Students enter competitions themselves, drawn by name.

  • Class timetable

Repeating classes with RSVPs, a class limit and attendance.

On every plan

Community and Pro clubs get the same sport tools. The usual platform fee applies to card payments.
