Chat
Club chat without the group chat chaos
Every team gets its own channel, the committee posts announcements and parents message coaches directly. Share a game and players answer right in the chat.
Included on every plan

Your club shouldn't run on someone's phone number
- Before:
“Five group chats nobody can find anything in.”With Sportdify: A channel for every team, kept in step with the roster. - Before:
“Announcements buried under memes.”With Sportdify: Only admins post in announcements, and it can email too. - Before:
“Adding strangers' numbers to message a coach.”With Sportdify: Parents message coaches by name, never by phone number.
How it works
Three steps
Channels set themselves up
The club gets #general and #announcements, and each team its own channel. Members come and go with the roster.
Post, share and ask
Send photos, videos, files and voice messages. Share a game, tournament or venue as a card, or ask a poll.
Stay in control
Pin what matters, mute what doesn't. Admins can report, remove messages and pause anyone who crosses the line.

What you get
Team channels
One per team, plus #general. Rosters keep membership up to date, so no one is added or removed by hand.
Announcements
Only admins can post, and each message can also go to every member by email.
Games in the chat
Share a game and players tap Going or Can't go on the card. Tournaments and venues share as cards too.
Polls
Ask a question with one or several answers, see the votes live and close it when you're done.
Voice, photos and files
Hold to record a voice message. Every photo, video and file lands in the chat's media tab.
Pins, replies and search
Pin the message everyone needs, reply to a specific one, react and search the whole chat.
On every plan
Community and Pro clubs both get chat, on the app and the web, at no extra cost.
Questions
Do members see each other's phone numbers?
No. People message each other by name inside Sportdify. Nobody's number or email is shown.
How are juniors kept safe?
Under-18s can't send or receive direct messages. Messages about a child go to the parent or guardian who manages their profile.
Can people outside the club message us?
Yes, through the club inbox on your club page, and your admins reply as the club. You can turn new conversations off in Club profile.
Can we chat with teams in our tournament?
Yes. The host posts updates to every entered team, and each team gets a private thread with the organisers.
What can admins do about bad behaviour?
Members can report a message or block someone. Admins can remove messages and pause a person's messages for the whole club.
Do I need Pro?
No. Chat is on every plan.
