Setup

How it runs
- Player drives, catches the feed, lands one-two.
- Pivots on the landing foot to face the target cone and passes.
- Rejoins the line; feeder rotates every 6 goes.
Coaching points
- Know which foot landed first: that's your pivot foot.
- Bend the knees to land under control.
- Pivot, then pass; eyes up to the target.
Common mistakes
- Dragging the landing foot.
- Landing stiff-legged and overbalancing.
Say it: “Land, pivot, pass.”
Make it harder
- Land two feet together and choose the pivot.
- Catch with a defender shadowing.
Make it easier
- Walk into the catch.
- Feeder hands the ball instead of passing.
