Setup
- Two teams of four outfield players and a keeper on a full court. Spare players wait in each team's substitution zone.
- The coach chooses one or two conditions for each block of play and says them before the start.
How it runs
- Play to the futsal laws: kick-ins from the touchline, keeper throws for goal clearances, 4 seconds for restarts, defenders 5 m away.
- Condition 1: a goal scored straight after a pass-and-move rotation counts double.
- Condition 2: a goal from a second-post finish counts double.
- Condition 3: three touches max for outfield players.
- Blocks of 6 minutes with a 1-minute coaching stop. Rolling subs so everyone gets equal time.
Coaching points
- Pass and move: the pass is the trigger for your run.
- Keep the shape: someone always stays back.
- Scan before you receive; know your next pass early.
- Lose it, press it: the nearest player closes at once, the rest get goalside.
- Restarts are chances: be set and take them inside 4 seconds.
Common mistakes
- Everyone chasing the ball and the shape collapsing.
- Passing and then standing still.
- Slow restarts lost on the 4-second count.
- Forgetting the condition once the game gets going.
Say it: “Pass, move, talk.”
Make it harder
- Two touches max.
- A goal only counts if every outfield player is in the attacking half.
- Use accumulated fouls: from the sixth team foul in a block, a direct free kick from the 10 m mark.
Make it easier
- Unlimited touches; one condition at a time.
- Restarts get 6 seconds instead of 4.
