- Players

- Area
- Full court
- Equipment
- 3 basketballs
Setup
- Three lines on the baseline: middle with the ball, one on each wing.
How it runs
- Middle passes to a wing and runs behind them; the receiver passes across and runs behind, and so on.
- Finish with a lay-up at the far end without a dribble.
- The next three go once the first group reaches halfway.
Coaching points
- Pass ahead of the runner, chest high.
- Run behind the player you passed to, then go wide.
- No dribbles: catch and pass.
Common mistakes
- Running in front of the receiver.
- Passes that float and slow the break down.
Say it: “Pass and go behind.”
Make it harder
- Five-man weave.
- A time limit of 7 seconds end to end.
Make it easier
- Jogging pace.
- Allow one dribble per catch.
